Where do you ship?

We ship to 100 countries worldwide, bringing luxury bags to doorsteps across the globe.

How to place the order on Dance Packer?

  1. Register an account
  2. Add the products that you like to the shopping cart and check out.
  3. Fill shipping address and you will see the total amount of the order
  4. Dance Packer receive the payment and start to process the order and ship the order out.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected during checkout. Generally, orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order payment and most international deliveries take 3-5 days. Dance Packer does not count weekends or public holidays as working days.

Dance Packer uses FedEx, DHL, TNT or similar service as our international delivery option. This service can take as little as 2 days to major cities, or as long as 4 days on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility.

Price depends on size. Packages over 2kg are sent via DHL or Fedex. Delivery within 2-5 working days with tracking.

Customs Tax / Duty

Please note that the amount you pay for Dance Packer is just item price + shipping fee. Not include other additional charges. If your Dance Packer order is to be delivered outside the UK, you may incur additional charges which we do not cover and we cannot predict the amount. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. 

How fast is delivery?

At Dance Packer, we pride ourselves on lightning-fast delivery, ensuring your bag reaches you in no time.

How can I track my package once it has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link where you can track the progress of your package. You will also receive updates via email as your package moves through the shipping process.

Can I change the shipping address or shipping method after I've placed an order?

If you need to change the shipping address or shipping method after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

If we dispatch after 6 PM, parcels are usually picked up the morning after. At this point, unfortunately, no delivery address change can be made. In the case of express delivery, the next working day counts as the first day of delivery.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been processed and shipped.

How can I change shipping address or products?

  • For unpaid order, you can cancel it and simply submit a new order.
  • For paid & unshipped order, please contact us to adjust for you at info@dancepacker.com
  • For shipped orders, your address and products can not be adjusted.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dancepacker.com. We suggest you open the case with the local post and provide us the case number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue for you.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Usually, our quality control department will pick up on this and everything will be sorted before your order is even dispatched. We will only exchange unused, unworn, unwashed products if we determine that the product is defective upon receipt and only if the exchange is accepted within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund or exchange.

If it has been more than 14 days since the product arrived, we may refuse to accept the exchange or refund, so please check the condition of the product as soon as it arrives.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email. A customer service representative will then provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your product. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the fault cannot be verified over the email, you may need to return the item to us for inspection. In that instance, a determination can then be made as to the state of the product.

If the product is not in an unused condition then we will not be able to offer you a remedy save for faulty workmanship which we may repair.

Please do not send your products back to Dance Packer without contacting a member of our customer service team first.

Can I cancel my order?

Within 30 minutes: 

We wait 30 minutes after you place your order before we start making it. Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you change your mind. If you have any questions about your order get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be more than happy to help and can offer a full refund.

After 30 minutes

Every product is handmade, so by the time we begin processing your order, we have already invested into the materials and the workforce time specifically for your order. This means that if you wish to cancel after 30 minutes of placing the order, a mandatory 30% charge will incur.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned products, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
